  • DEDICATION

    noun [,ded.ɪˈkeɪ.ʃən] Willingness to make one’s energy and abilities available to someone or something.

    Dedicating oneself is the best way of saying “trust me”. It involves accompanying one’s counterparts on a daily basis to understand their needs and dedicate time to them.

  • RELIABILITY

    noun [ˈsɪə.ri.əs.nəs] Honesty, conscientiousness, absence of frivolity or superficiality.

    An approach to everyday life which gives the correct weight and required importance to various situations: only if you take work seriously can it make you happy.

  • EQUILIBRIUM

    noun [ˌiː.kwɪˈlɪb.ri.əm] Situation in which no one element prevails over any other, a sense of proportion, capacity for objective assessment.

    Perhaps one of the more difficult impulses is that of remaining in equilibrium. It is certainly the only one which can establish what is required for a real transformation of words into actions.

  • SIMPLICITY

    noun [sɪmˈplɪs.ɪ.ti] Naturalness, spontaneity, sobriety, clarity, concision in written and verbal expression.

    Trying not to lose sight of the real situation: people who talk to each other and demonstrate mutual trust contribute to improving this existence.

  • CARE

    noun [ˈker] A thoughtful and constant attitude towards someone or something, accuracy and commitment used in performing a task, consideration, attention.

    Consider one’s work as an offering of real solutions, taking great care over the details. Do not let shortcuts facilitate reaching an objective thereby reducing quality.

  • CRAFTSMANSHIP

    noun [ˈkrɑːfts.mən.ʃɪp] Methodical use of technique and artistry by the craftsman, a small-scale producer who performs his craft with particular skill.

    If craftsmanship is a form of dedication which is in its turn care, we can speak of method. A combination of simple gestures guided by specific intentions with an objective of customer satisfaction.

The objective reached does not always meet the original expectations. Sometimes, in fact, reality surpasses our expectations to the extent that, even after many years, it never fails to move us. A departure masquerading as an arrival could not fail to be moving: a privilege for which we are still extremely thankful. That is how the story of SCTS began.

1 January 2000

A day of celebration, a new start, an act of enthusiasm. SCTS grew from the development of a new awareness – the spark which illuminates our work on a daily basis. We can still no longer do without it because we are people and we have accepted that as a most wonderful revelation: we are people, in the service of people.
